IntelliSense.io is offering a great opportunity for a talented Mining Technology Engineer to drive the successful implementation and ongoing value delivery of our AI-powered SaaS solutions. Today we are deploying AI-powered software solutions that drive real-time optimisation delivering millions in value to some of the world’s largest industrial companies.

We are pioneers in Objective AI ( ODAI) with fundamental physics that characterises the physical world with out-of-the-box industry-specific solutions. AI delivers high-value decision recommendations acting as the brains of the operation. These recommendations are delivered to humans as their role-specific co-pilots augment human intelligence or direct to the execution systems (machines) making operations autonomous.

With a global, remote-first team of 70 employees and offices across four continents, our HQ is in Cambridge, UK with regional offices in Santiago (Chile), Perth (Australia) and Ireland (EU).

What You’ll Do

• Lead AI product implementations at mining sites, ensuring seamless deployment and user adoption.

• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand operational challenges and deliver impactful solutions.

• Take ownership of client success, driving renewals and upsell opportunities through continuous collaboration and proactive support.

• Train and onboard users, ensuring they get maximum value from our products.

• Be the key link between our clients and product teams, influencing the future of mining technology.

• Travel to mine site UP TO 50% of your time every month.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong technical knowledge in mining, processing, or software implementation.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to build trust with clients and drive successful technology adoption.
• A proactive problem-solver with a passion for innovation in mining tech.
• Proficiency in English is a must!
• Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time to remote mining sites across Chile and Latin America.
• Physical fitness to meet mandatory medical requirements for working at high altitudes and in challenging environments

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• 3+ years’ experience in project delivery within the mining industry, ideally within plant operations. Experience in implementing SaaS or AI solutions is a bonus.

• Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills (English and Spanish are mandatory).

• Proactive leadership, decision-making under minimal supervision, and collaborative team spirit.

• A sense of ownership and pride in driving results.
