The Senior IT Support Manager ensures our internal IT systems are well-maintained, providing employees with seamless access to necessary technology, and effectively managing IT vendor relationships. Leading a small and distributed team of IT Support Managers, you will set the strategic direction, manage resources, and uphold the highest service standards. Navigating our complex tech stack from day one, you should apply only if you are familiar with multiple operating systems (Google/ Azure/ Linux) and various machine types globally. What you will be responsible for
Key responsibilities and tasks
Lead and mentor a team of IT Support Managers, setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Establish and manage individual development plans for team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Be responsible for our internal tech stack at the corporate level. You will not own our Customer-facing tech stack but you will liaise closely with our Engineering Teams for our product requirements, hosting, and secure environment.
Internal IT Support:
Oversee the provision of high-quality technical support to all employees, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
Develop and implement efficient IT support processes and best practices to minimize downtime and optimize employee productivity.
Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure proper execution of user access management for internal resources.
IT Vendors Management:
Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with IT vendors, ensuring the delivery of cost-effective and high-quality services.
Negotiate contracts, service level agreements, and procurement terms and manage payments to maximize value and efficiency.
Regularly assess vendor performance and recommend improvements as needed. You will be the interface between IntelliSense.io and third-party vendors and will manage our accounts with them to get the best possible service and value for money.
Develop and execute strategies for the maintenance and lifecycle management of IT assets, including hardware and software.
Ensure compliance with software licensing, hardware warranties, and maintenance agreements.
Implement and manage an asset tracking system to optimize asset utilization and cost-effectiveness.

What success looks like in this role
As a Senior IT Support Manager, you will offer frictionless IT Support to our global team. You get a kick out of solving IT queries quickly. You will take control of asset inventory organization and management, and make sure that data security best practices are in place and are communicated across the organization. You'll work closely with our existing IT support team to ensure the best in class support on the hardware and software used by our team around the world, as well as keeping the costs within budget. You'll help to design and implement strategies to keep IT assets up and running and users with a high level of satisfaction.
